Here are the latest or newest entries in Guinness Book of World Records 2010. Let's start with this giant snail, it's the largest known land gastropod, the African giant snail (Achatina achatina, bottom); the largest recorded specimen measured 39.3 cm (15.5 in) in length, and weighed exactly 900 g (2 lb).
Sultan Kosen, 26, from Turkey is the current tallest man in the world, measuring two metres 46.5 centimetres (eight feet one inch). He is also the world's records holder for the largest hands (at 27.5cm) and feet (36.5cm). The previous record holder for World's Tallest man was Bao Xishun 鲍喜顺 from Inner Mongolia, China.


The world's smallest man He Pingping from Inner Mongolia, China was born with primordial dwarfism, stands at 2ft 5.37in.
The 13-years-old boy Brenden Adams from USA, is already 225.1 cm (7 ft 4.6 in) tall - taller than Robert Wadlow (the tallest man ever) was at his age.
Lee Redmond is the record holder for world's longest fingernails; she had talons measuring 28ft 4.5in in total but unfortunately, she lost her world's longest fingernails in car crash early this year.

The largest gathering of people (116) wearing underwear was achieved by the Fair Trade Organisation Pants to Poverty at St Pancras International train station, London, on November 13, 2008 in celebration of Guinness World Records Day. This record looks like easy to set and to break because it doesn't need much money and effort.
The largest rubber band ball weighs 4,097 Kg (9,032 lb) was made by Joel Waul (USA) and was measured in Lauderhill, Florida, USA, on November 13, 2008.
Jake Lonsway of Bay City, Michigan, USA, created the largest ball of cling film, which measured 351 cm (138 in) in circumference and weighed 127.7 kg (281 lb 8 oz), as of June 14, 2007.
The most beer steins carried over 40 m (131 ft 3 in) by a female is 19 achieved by Anita Schwarz (Germany) in Mesenich, Germany, on November 9, 2008 in celebration of Guinness World Records Day.
The largest twister board measured 39 m (128 ft) long and 36.2 m (119 ft) wide and was achieved by The University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA, on October 23, 2008.
The largest ballet class involved 989 participants in an event organised by Andrew Warth in Canal Walk Shopping Centre, Cape Town, South Africa, on August 24, 2008.
Largest gathering of people dressed as Wally/Waldo is 1,052 people and was achieved by Rutgers University (USA) at the State Theatre in New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA, on April 2, 2009.
The largest chair measured 30m (98 ft 5 in) tall. It was made by XXXLutz together with Holzleimbauwerk Wiehag GmbH (all Austria) and was completed and presented in St. Florian, Austria, on February 9, 2009.
Alice, a Flemish giant rabbit owned by Annette Edwards (UK) and measuring 98 cm (3 ft 3 in), became the new longest rabbit after the sad news reached us of the death of Amy, the previous record holder, also owned by Annette. Alice was measured at Lowesmoo.
The longest ears on a dog measured 34.9 cm (13.75 in) and 34.2 cm (13.5 in) for the right and left ears, respectively, on September 29, 2004. They belong to Tigger, a bloodhound, who is owned by Bryan and Christina Flessner of St Joseph, Illinois, USA.
The most items kicked off people's heads in one minute is 43 and was achieved by Zara Phythian (UK) on the set of Guinness World Records Smashed, at Pinewood Studios, UK, on March 25, 2009.
Fastest 100 metre hurdles wearing swim fins (male) is 14.82 seconds and was achieved by Christopher Irmscher (Germany) on the set of Guinness World Records - Die Grossten Weltrekorde in Cologne, Germany, on September 13, 2008.
